ECHO Virtual™ is a full service digital design and marketing firm with nearly 30 years of Internet Marketing experience.

ECHO Virtual™ is a forward thinking digital media and internet development company, preparing to address a newly forming market of consumers who were born and raised in a purely digital environment.   It is no secret that corporate America, Hollywood, Madison Avenue and the media are fixated on youth culture, and for good reason.

The largest generation of young people since the ’60s is beginning to come of age. They’re called echo boomers’ because they’re the genetic offspring and demographic echo of their parents, the baby boomers. – CBS, 60 Minutes

Selling To The Echo Boomers

Echo boomers are typically those who were born between 1982 and 1995, and are currently numbered at nearly 80 million.  Echo boomers have already impacted entire segments of the economy. As the echo boomer population ages, they will be become the next dominant generation of Americans and corporations are quick to tap into this vastly unchartered territory.

Echo boomers are a reflection of the sweeping changes in American life over the past 20 years. They are the first to grow up with computers at home, in a 500 channel TV universe. They are  multi-taskers with cell phones, music downloads, and Instant Messaging on the Internet. They are totally plugged-in citizens of a worldwide community. – CBS, 60 Minutes

Keeping Your Company Relevant In A Digital Age

Echo Boomers by and large, are digital creatures. They text message, more than they email. They are gamers, more than they are shoppers. They read blogs, as opposed newspapers. They are immersed into a world where they can socialize and interact, without ever leaving their homes. They can browse the library of congress in one moment, watch the latest viral video on YouTube in the next, and simultaneously chat with their friends. One caveat, they bore easily and require constant stimulation for their increasingly complicated personalities. Enter “advergaming.”

Advergaming is the practice of using online interactive entertainment elements to advertise a brand, product, organization or viewpoint. The term “advergames” was coined in 2000 by Anthony Giallourakis. The term advergames was later mentioned by Wired’s “Jargon Watch” column in 2001, and has been applied to various free online games commissioned by major companies. Today, companies such as Intel, Toyota, Coca Cola, Taco Bell, Pepsi, Burger King, and BMW have already begun to explore the viability of advergaming as a new form of marketing to this virtually untapped market of echo boomers.

ECHO™ virtual aims to incorporate traditional web development and internet marketing practices into this newly emerging social media, advergaming, and  virtual communication environment in order to bring your company into the 21st century with a modernized, streamlined, and highly effective online digital presence.
